This course will be practical and experiential helping you to improve your posture, ease backache, de-stress as well as moving with less effort and tension. We will look at everyday activities including standing, sitting, bending and walking.
Cost : £69 including lunch (parking £4 per car for the day)
Bring along a mat and a few thin paperback books and wear loose fitting clothing, preferably trousers.
